Oscar Cachaba is a self taught mixoligist who has a natural flair for creating unique and distinctive cocktails. His instincts with the alchemy of alcohol were honed both here in New Jersey and back in his native Portugal. Two of Oscar's originals, the Prickly Pear Martini and the Triple Orange, were singled out in the April 2009 issue of New Jersey Monthly magazine.
